This is my first time joining any kind of forum or diet group. Hoping to lose at least 15 lbs of fat and gain some muscle mass. This really gets hard as your grow older! Hoping the support and tips will help me reach my goal by summer!

We have groups centering around specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join!
