Knackered, Fat but threw out the last of the choccies!
Hiya
I'm new here, obviously, but been a long time reader. I'm aiming to lose 50lbs (hopefully) since I put on a whole heap of weight last year due to my meds. I'm still taking some of them so it makes the whole process even more difficult but I am absolutely determined after seeing all my relatives at Xmas after they'd all spent the year dieting. I am by far the fattest now and that's go to end!
I am really motivated but my main problem is my husband, he's not really all the encouraging - infact we argue about me dieting and my weight more than anything else. I don't think he wants me to be fat and unhappy but he just seems less than supportive. Does anyone else have a family member like that?

Welcome to the forum! I am sorry your hubby is not being supportive of your weight loss efforts. Make this journey about you and not your husband. Set the issue aside and work on you. I am sure as time goes on and you show him how successful you are and how much happier it becomes he will become more supportive.

Foxevil, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable.
