Yahh, I'm so excited to have found this today. I have never joined anything like this before, but I just had too after coming across it while looking for workouts. I am still browsing all the resources, blogs, and all the cool stuff on here, but I would love to know some of the tools you guys find to be most helpful. (So far, I am excited to look at all the yummy recipes).
Today is my first day towards a healthier lifestyle. I am focused and committed. I have thought about how I was going to do this for a long time so I feel well prepared for the transition.
