Default Back again, saying hi and jumping in :)

I am back again along with many new members who are embarking on their weight loss journey as part of a new year's resolution, which is great I am not coming to whine about the weight I have gained because I knew I was falling off the wagon but I chose to enjoy my holiday and get back on track as of January 2nd, which I fully plan to do! Time to dust off the poor neglected food scale

I am sure some of you remember me, at least I hope so . After losing 100 pounds, I have been attempting to "maintain" since January of last year although I have managed to gain back about 20 pounds over a year's time. 15 pounds were spread out throughout the year and 5 ish pounds (hopefully not too much more) were just from the holidays . It is not great, but could have definitely been worse! I know what I need to do to lose the weight and I feel like all is not lost. The fact that I recognize my need to lose weight and try again, shows me that I have changed for the better since losing my weight and I am learning from my mistakes.

Anyway, I am just going to jump in and start posting again after I have a sigh and update my ticker to show my weight gain.

Sweetnlow, welcome, glad to have you back. Good job on recognizing that you were regaining before you got too far. Many of us have had to 'restart',lol, including myself. Maybe we need a re-starters group?

I think a re-starters group would be a great idea since so many of us have trouble maintaining and need to try again. Losing is only half the battle. I really believe this now

Hi Sweet. Welcome back. There used to be a re-gainers thread in the maintainers section. It was pretty active at one time. You might check it out or start another one!
