I am back again along with many new members who are embarking on their weight loss journey as part of a new year's resolution, which is great

I am not coming to whine about the weight I have gained because I knew I was falling off the wagon but I chose to enjoy my holiday and get back on track as of January 2nd, which I fully plan to do! Time to dust off the poor neglected food scale
I am sure some of you remember me, at least I hope so

. After losing 100 pounds, I have been attempting to "maintain" since January of last year although I have managed to gain back about 20 pounds over a year's time. 15 pounds were spread out throughout the year and 5 ish pounds (hopefully not too much more) were just from the holidays

. It is not great, but could have definitely been worse! I know what I need to do to lose the weight and I feel like all is not lost. The fact that I recognize my need to lose weight and try again, shows me that I have changed for the better since losing my weight and I am learning from my mistakes.
Anyway, I am just going to jump in and start posting again after I have a sigh and update my ticker to show my weight gain.
