Hello All,

I am new to the 3fc. I've struggled with my weight all 27 years of my life. I had my daughter 14 months ago and I've been hiding behind that as an excuse for why I'm still heavy. Well, I stepped on the scale the other day only to find out I am back up to my heavest weight I was ever, while pregnant. I was disgusted! None of my clothes fit, and I'm tired of being uncomfortable in my skin.

I have a wonderful husband that I have been with for nearly 8 years. In that period of time, we both have gained nearly 70 lbs each! So my goal is to get back down to my pre hubby weight of 150 lbs.

My plan is to do the Metabolism Miracle diet. Anyone heard of it? Had any success with it? I know it works for me, I've had a little success in the past losing 10 lb here and there, but I never stuck with it. My biggest problem is that I talk myself into cheating and then just blow the rest of the day/week/month/diet all together. I can't just reward myself for a small success, b/c then it ruins all my success. I'm looking for some support and if anyone is in PA feel free to PM me.
