Let's try this again....
Last year I left the site frustrated and alone. I've come back, hoping to find some motivation to help me get back on track. I am honestly angry with myself for gaining back all the weight I had lost at the start of the previous year (over 16lbs!!)
I do not want to go back to 340, yet I set at 285. I do not want to be the fat girlfriend hiding from graduation photos when my boyfriend graduates. I want to be healthier, and small so that I can lead a happier life.
I'm putting my foot down, and going to work to reverse the damage and loose more so that I never see the 300's again!


I enjoyed reading your posts when you were on here before, so I'm glad you've started posting again.
Dust yourself off and get back to the habits that helped you take off the weight to begin with.
