Hello Eveyone- so happy to be joining a weight loss forum. I'm hoping to contunie my momentum and I have recently lost 15 pounds would like to lose another 15 by mid year of so.
I lost 15 pounds doing the Belly Fat Cure by Jorge Cruise and really didn't feel like I was depriving myself of too much...although I did crave the occasional Oreo I must admit. I have kind of taken it easy during the holidays and although I haven't gained any weight, I haven't lost any either. So wanting to get back on the wagon as soon as possible.
I am 5'10 and weight 213. I would LOVE to be 200 by June or so and then set another goal once that is reached. I don't really like to exercise, but know that is part of the deal so looking to see if I can take up running--absolutely no history of this, but thought to myself go big or go home. Should probably find a buddy to start running, but no one yet.
