Hi! Basically I am tired of being fat and tired! I have struggles with my weight all my life! I know I need to watch portion control and add excercise to my daily routine but knowing you need to do it and doing it are two different things! Hoping to get motivation and support to start these things!
well you have come to the right place. the people on here are truely amazing. i find if im having a bad day, that a trip to the mini goal and goal photo albums gets me right on track.

I can definitely relate. At first I used to drag my feet to the gym because I just didn't want to go. But now that I can actually notice a difference and see the numbers on the scale going down I'm more motivated to get to the gym and watch what I eat. Some days are harder than others but so far I think its worth it. Motivation and dedication is definitely key!! :-)
