First honest attempt.

  • Hi, I have spent the majority of adulthood in the neighborhood of 190 +\- 10 pound which is forty above a healthy Bmi. Everyone in my immediate family was this way. I had a brief dalliance at 168 after breastfeeding my son for a year. That was thirty pounds below my pregnancy start weight. I put all of it back on within a few months and found myself pregnant again. This time I got high blood pressure that didn't go away after pregnancy. So I took an insufficient med until I finished breastfeeding the second son. With new stronger meds and two little guys to care for, I am determined to get healthy. I have never dieted before and I am not really changing what I eat, just watching portions, drinking less of my calories and counting the ones I eat. I also do forty minutes in a gym four days a week. I look forward to success with your tips.
