This is day one. I have tried to lose weight so many times. Willpower and motivation are two things that are hard to come by. This is going to be a whole hearted attempt. I'm ready to win....Good luck to you all as well.

My piece of advice for you is to throw the word 'motivation' out the window. Motivation may get you started but it will not carry you through out your journey. You need to replace that with commitment. Commitment everyday to having the 'best' day you can.

Weight Loss does not take Perfection. It takes Persistence.

Thanks everyone...Im week three into this. I am eating right and walking everynight. So far i lost 9lbs. I am dedicated now

Well Lizza you are off to a great start.remember hard work is worth it and keep going im sure you will succeed.be selfish and worry about yourself first.then the rest will fall into place.keep walking it will make a difference.turn to supprtive friends when temptation arrives.best of luck tp you your worth it!!!
