Today is the day!

  • hello all!

    Today i start my new diet/exercise program! Only currently slightly overweight but wanting to get back to the body I had years ago...especially before my vegas vacation at the end of Jan. This is my first time using an online forum... hopefully it's just want i need to keep me informed and on track to lose the pounds!

    I have reduced my calories to 1200, cut alcohol, 5 days/wk at the gym doing 45 minutes alternating between the stair stepper and the elliptical and 2days/wk weight lifting/toning class just this past week and lost 5 pounds. I am still looking for more tips on exactly what to eat/what to do at the gym. Congrats on your weight loss so far! What have you been doing?
