Hello ladies.
I'm 25 and currently living with husband and three year old in Southern California. Two years ago I went from 169 to 130 in about four months because I completely overhauled my eating habits and ate whole grain, clean, homecooked meals. Then at the beginning of this year...I got married to a man with a healthy appetite. I gained back about 16 of those pounds and lost all sign of muscle tone.
Now when I look in the mirror I see my chubby self staring back at me and I've decided that I've had enough and I'm getting back on the wagon. I can't believe I let this happen again.
I'm 5'4. My goal weight is between 115-120, which is the weight I'm happiest at. I haven't been that small since high school, but if I get to 125 and I feel happy at that weight, I will settle for that.
