Default I'm Back!!! 155lbs lost.

Its been a while since I've been here so I thought I would start fresh. Life has just gotten so busy, work work and more work. I had my ups and downs. I got to my lowest weight 142lbs, started having some health issues: period stopped, bloating, extreme hunger...no I wasn't pregnant lol, so I gained 30lbs then BOOM all those symptoms stopped and I was able to get myself back on track with my normal diet/exercise routine. I am now again back in the 140's. I currently weigh 145lbs. Unfortunately my period has stopped yet again (no insurance atm so looking into a low cost program to get that checked out) but no bloating/hunger. About 3 weeks ago I strained my back at work so I am currently recovering from that and haven't been able to work out at all which is frustrating, but its allowed me to work on my diet.

For those of you who don't remember me my name is Jennie! lol At my heaviest I weighed 300lbs and I lost 155lbs in 2.5 years. Its wasn't easy! I had lots of ups and downs and will always have ups and downs. All I can say is take it one day at a time.

I hope everyone has been doing well. I'm excited to be back.

Here is a quick photo of my progress so far: From left to right - Aprox.280lbs/Aprox.220/145lbs

Are you serious??? You are 5 inches shorter than me and you look MUCH lighter than me at 280 than I do at 220. You got good genes, girl! And way to go on the loss- you truly look amazing! Good luck with getting the lady issues sorted out. Planned Parenthood offers low-cost gyno visits in most states

Welcome back, Jennie!

You look absolutely stunning! Well done :] I'm loving the blouse you're wearing in the last picture. I just bought a similar one for a Christmas party this weekend!

Thank you, like I said its great to be back! I'm going to try and get on as much as I can. Maybe join a challenge or something, something to keep me accountable. I really do miss talking to everyone and watching everyone's progress.

Some news: I just got back from my Physical Therapy for my back, they want me to start going to a chiropractor (had my first session with that today). Its been almost 3 weeks since my back injury and it doesn't seem to be getting any better...which sucks. Another week of no work & more doctor visits. Life getting tough and even though my weight-loss is still moving along, I've been feeling very low.

WOW Congratulations on your amazing results! You have obviously put a lot of effort in! I also LOVE your top in the third pic!

Have you looked into any edible remedies for your troubles? Could be a low cost way to start feeling better? A friend of mine had some health problems and started drinking a green juice every day and felt WAY better and full of energy within two weeks.

Thank you so much everyone!

HealthyAngel - ATM I'm taking a daily multivitamin, Omega3, Chromium Supplement & Biotin. I'll have to look into that, green juice.
