Good for you Melanie! And be careful! I did A LOT of "water fasting" when I was your age, and it can make you feel pretty sad if and when the weight comes back.
I'm not an expert, but water fasting can be a dangerous endeavor, because it can lead to a nasty eating disorder leaving you with even less self esteem (my personal experience). PLUS, your body needs food to live.
Have you picked a diet and exercise plan for once you've reached your water fast goal?
