Good Morning Everyone,
I am new to 3 Chicks and wanted to stop by to introduce myself. I have a lot of weight to drop and nothing to lose (but pound after pound). I just had a baby and need to shed the extra weight I gained while pregnant, as well as the extra weight I was carrying prior to pregnancy.
I used to play roller derby but my joints just can't do it anymore. I have not found another form of exercise that I enjoy as much. I am very upset about not being able to play. I am hoping that a significant weight loss would provide me with less stress on my joints and possibly allow me to play derby again. This is a strong motivating goal for me.
Additionally, I would like to be running long distances by the end of the year. My goal weight is 165. I have 65 pounds to lose. I hope that I can meet this goal in a years time. I also hope to keep the weight off. I have been a yo-yo dieter for years.
