hi y'all!!
hi guys ! i've been lurking around the forums for a couple of weeks, but haven't posted until now ... everyone on here is so supportive of everyone and i'm ready to join in . i'm a young wife (i'm 21), i work as a secretary full-time, and i'm a full-time student . i've been "overweight" for as long as i can remember.. but i always loved my shape until about two-three years ago . i reached 240 pounds . i've never been one to be persay "upset" about my high weight, i just like to ignore it . but when i got to the point where i had to move completely into the "womens" section in stores i broke . for probably close to a year, i've researched, studied, read blogs, forums, articles, magazines about weight lose .. but just decided to start a few weeks ago. i've been working on this for a little over a month, and i've lost 10 pounds already!! my goal weight is 150, which will be a 90 pound total lose.. but i want to have lost 75 pounds by 5/23/2012 (my 22nd birthday!!) i want to feel thin enough by then to go zip lining.. that will be a large reward to myself when i hit that goal.
anyway, i'm rambling ! but, i'm very happy to be here and so exctied to encourage others, and hopefully get some encouragement in return!!!
