My name is Becky. I found this site last February, but then life got crazy and I forgot about it. I just found it again. I started out at 213 and I am now down to 190. Unfortunately, I got off track for the past few months and haven't lost any weight. However, I am back on track again and can't wait to start losing weight again. Anyway, I just wanted to introduce myself. I am excited to look around the site and make new friends in this difficult journey.

Congratulations on your weight loss and recognizing how important support is. For so long I have felt that I could not open myself to others---especially on such a site for fear of being judged. I have found the exact opposite and when I feel the need for inspiration to keep me on this journey, I log on.
I am new here too. I was on the Jillian Michaels forum earlier in the year and it was great and I learned a lot. I'm glad I found this place. Reading others posts really helps to keep me on track. Best of luck to you!
