Hi all!
So I've been wanting to lose 35 lbs for awhile now. Started at 172 lbs and have been at 165 for about two months now. Fell off my healthier eating bandwagon. I was on another weight loss forum and after not being on there for so long, I decided a fresh start was in order. After searching I found this one, and I think it's going to make a great fit.
A little about me. I'm 21 and female. I'll be graduating in May with an Associates degree in criminal justice with which I want to use to become a police officer. My big goal is to be able to pass all the fitness requirements this coming summer. Oh and before I forget, I'm also getting married in June!
I have a gym membership and have been going intermittenly. I have terrible motivation and self esteem issues. Trying to work on those. I plan on trying to get into a groove of going to the gym. This won't be too hard.
My biggest problem will be my eating. I really don't like vegetables and only like a few fruits. I eat terribly and I think tend to eat when emotional or just plain bored. I need to change this!
So that's a bit about me. Hope to get to know a lot of you. Looking forward to lots of support!
