I live in sweden and have been in and out of OA for 8 years. I absolutly love the program and I want to live in it.

I havent had a abstinent day for over a 8 weeks. I just want to do it. Here in sweden we doent have so many cities that have meeting, I do have a cellphone to call friends.

My problems are honesty, trust, fear and physical change. I have never been thin or normal weight. I just want help, and are still so affraid that I will die when I get it.

I stop there and wright more when I can.

I am close with an overeater - she has been in OA about three years now. She has changed drastically mentally, emotionally, and physically - stick with the OA program! I know how hard it can be, many nights were spent me consoling my oa friend. But she got everything back that she had lost, when she was overeating. And she lost a lot.
