Hi. I just found this forum. I'm 24 years old , my name is charlie, and I am huge lol. I am 284lbs , 5'8 and trying to get down to 145-165 depending on what looks best on me. Tried this many times in the last 3 years. Started off at 335 lbs, went down to 245, and gainted 39lbs back. This time I'm trying a different slower approach, goal is 2lbs a week. I figure itll take me 14-17 months but its a lifestyle change and not starvation this time so I'm hopeing it sticks and I stick to it. Its a slow road so I'm hoping I have found a helpful and encouraging community

Welcome to the forum Charlie! Congrats on your weight loss success to date. Just shows you know it can be done!
I like that you are in it for the long haul, knowing it will take time to lose the weight you want to. That is important because you do not want to get frustrated and give up. Which is easy to do!
