Hi everyone. I found this site while looking for people like me, who really want to lose weight. My name is Breezy and I am 19 year old college student who got really lazy during the summer after high school. I am 5'4 1/2 and almost TWO HUNDRED POUNDS!

I want to lose weight and I am looking at trying new things because exercising alone has not worked for me. I am currently using Roca Labs (if anyone has heard of it) and so far I have lost ten pounds. I hope to lose more so I can get back into my old pair of jeans.

Welcome to the forum Breezy! I have not heard of Roca Labs but if it is working for you that is great!
Exercise is good for our health and it can help with weight loss but we cannot out exercise bad eating habits. I read on this forum that weight loss is like 80% calories eaten and 20% exercise.
