    my name's gemma, just wanted to say a quick hello. i'm looking forward to starting a *hopefully* long term plan to get to my GW. i've been overweight since my pre teens and on a perpetual diet since 13 but i've had a look around the site/forum and i really think having people to talk to here will make the world of difference, so i'm optimistic xGx

    A warm welcome from me too! I am sure you will find lots of support and the inspiration you need to succeed in your weight loss journey. Much easier when you have people "around you" who are in the same situation and also those who have succeeded.

    Hi im new too just joined today I dont feel ready to start dieting yet but I thought chatting to people on here would help me start in a couple of weeks.

    Ive already lost 50 pounds and im just trying to be stable at the moment.

    I have 44 pounds till my goal weight which is alot.

    My names grace and would love to here how others are going and what they are doing. I was thinking of doing the old core plan from weight watchers
