I just signed up on here last night and wanted to introduce myself.
I started eating healthier, counting calories, and exercising like a fiend about 2 months ago. Now I down 28 lbs and loving it!!!!Picnik collage.jpg
I was recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism and did't think I could lose weight no matter how hard I tried. Thank goodness for thyroid meds and will power!!
Thanks everyone!!!! You're making me feel wonderful!! My weight loss is slower than a crawl for the past 3 weeks so... my trainer wants me to do the Paleo plan. I'm hoping that jump starts my weight loss again. Cause it stinks eating super clean and working out 1.5 - 2 hours a day, 6 days a week and not seeing any results.
I just have to keep telling myself, "You've already lost 28 lbs, you should be proud of that!!"
