Hello I am new to the site and very excited to be on here. I, until recently, didn't want to blog and didn't feel that group meetings were necessary. However, I realize I do indeed need a place, person, forum to get some desperately need support. I would appreciate any advise anyone is willing to give.
I have been heavy my entire life. I am diabetic; have hypertension; been thru gastric bypass surgery(lost 40#s) and had my thyroid removed. It is only after all of these procedures and many countless attempts at weightloss that my aunt tells me that when I was a child a Dr told my parents that I indeed have a gland problem. I probably need to pay someone to talk to...lol
Fast forward, I am now still trying to get the weight off. I still can't eat much. I eat off a saucer. I do make poor food choice. It is hard for me to digest meat. So any help is appreciated. I would like to know which forum I should be apart of.
May God Bless you if you took the time to read my rambling. I Thank You
