You've definitely come to the right place for support - I've never once seen a negative comment on this site and everyone here offers encouragement and positive advice. This is hard because changing our lives is always hard - but its so worth it! Hang in there and keep working toward your goal, its the only way we ever accomplish anything in life, including weight loss

Nipper here:
I started changing my snacks. First I started with veggies. I made fat free ranch dressing and made a snack out of that. Then I made a fruit and cheese plate for late night snaking. fruits and cheeses and a few crackers. Then on to my third dessert the sugar free jello and cottage cheese and fat free philly cheese and snacked on that. But let me tell you that it was not easy to retrain my mind. If the ship were going down I would head towards the gally and eat buffet style!!!!!! Nip
