Default Back on Track- Hopefully

Hi, Everyone!

I'm Leanne and although I'm not new to 3FC, I haven't been active in about a year.

My boyfriend and I became first-time homeowners in August. Between that and starting a new job in June, I've packed an additional 20 lbs onto what was already my highest weight ever. Everything in my life is great right now except for my weight and it is making me severely depressed. (Yes, I have been to the DR. for that.)

The BF loves to be active and tries to cram as much activity into a day as possible but I'd rather watch TV and relax when I get home. I have a very demanding job as a professional fundraiser/ event planner and am really active with my own volunteering outside of work.

I purchased a Groupon to Curves and I start this evening. After that, I'm making a trip to the grocery store so I can stock our house with healthy food. We've been so busy, it's been fast food almost every night.

I love reading, my crockpot, blogging and TV. :-) I could really use the support of others as I try to take back control of my body.

Free1, I JUST saw your post about the chicken salad w/ Greek yogurt in the Calorie Counters forum. I like a hearty lunch and mayo based salads especially. Will definitely be trying the Greek yogurt route. Thanks!
