Hello,
I never did this intro soI thought I would now. My name is Angelia and I just joined the site not to long ago. I feel like this time is different. Is it different who knows. All I can do is go day to day and make it work. My first weigh in was today and I was the same weight. It wasn't even a week though so I'm not going to beat myself up, but I vow to do better this week.
Anyway on with the intro.
I am 33 years old. I have a little man that turned 3 in July. He is my world along with my husband. I work Fri Sat and Sundays. My hubby works full time. I work in a grocery story so that poses a pretty big problem for me, but my plan is to not bring money to work and bring my lunch. It's the only safe way!! I hope!
I'm not going to add excerising yet because I want to focus on my eating. Don't get me wrong I'm not sedetary. Im always doing projects and taking my son places but I want to try and focus on one thing at a time. Plus I have issues with my feet, ankles, and back. So I don't want to make myself in too much pain.
Anyway I hope to make some awesome friends.
