I started the SBD 3 days ago and am trying so hard !!!!

Welcome to the forum. If you have to found it, there is a forum on this site for South Beach Dieters. I am sure you will find a lot of information on support there.
Look around and participate wherever you feel comfortable.

Hi! I don't really know anything about the SBD since I've never tried it, but I'm new here too so I know how you feel. We're all here for support, remember that :) I'm sure you'll do fine with your diet. I always try to remember that a lifetime of confidence and better health will make it all worth it. Good luck!
