Default New to 3fc want some support!
Just wanted to say hello to everyone! I just started trying to lose some weight and am in need of some support!

Not sure exactly how to use this site yet But am trying

Wanted to know if there are any live chats?

I started the SBD 3 days ago and am trying so hard !!!!

Well anyways looking forward to meeting new people and having the support that I need!

Welcome to the forum. If you have to found it, there is a forum on this site for South Beach Dieters. I am sure you will find a lot of information on support there.
Look around and participate wherever you feel comfortable.

Hi! I don't really know anything about the SBD since I've never tried it, but I'm new here too so I know how you feel. We're all here for support, remember that I'm sure you'll do fine with your diet. I always try to remember that a lifetime of confidence and better health will make it all worth it. Good luck!
