SandraD1 Junior Member Thread Starter Join Date: Oct 2011 Location: San Diego CA Posts: 1 S/C/G: 120/115 Height: 5	A new life I am Sandra. I am new in 3FC and I am new in the US (I have lived here for 3 months) . I am from Colombia. Living in a new country has been a challenge for me and I have gained some weight in the past 3 months!!! I want to lose 5 pounds. I love to cook and I love to try new and healthy recipes. When I cook at home I eat healthy, but when I go out I don't know what to choose in the menu, I would love to get recommendations about the American restaurants.
