Hey Sarah! I'm new here too, looking for inspiration and support as well. You've already lost a lot of weight, that just shows you that you're capable of great things if you set your mind to it! Make sure you get at least a little bit of exercise every chance you get, and drinking water instead of soda or other drinks is a great tip that definitely works. I have a written list of goals and reasons why I wanna lose weight, I look at it whenever I feel discouraged. Good luck and keep up the good work!
