So I started yesterday I'm trying to take control over my weight.
I did some Zumba and I'm trying ti keep it up

@ 231 Is the heaviest i have ever been !

I need all the support I need to get healthier !

Thanks ! I just finish my second day off Zumba ! I couldn't finish the whole hour I did 40 minutes, but I think is pretty good !
