After reading a lot of the post and seeing people reach their goals i decided to join. Ive always been on the bigger side since i was a kid and at my age i feel like im stuck. I lost 20 lbs at the beginning of the year but i don't know what happen. I stopped running and going to the gym but I am determined now more than ever to loose this extra weight. Reading all the post and seeing all the before and after pictures has really inspired me to.

You can keep going forward and making some healthy lifelong habits. You'll get the extra weight off and keep it off! Congratulations on making changes in the beginning of the year and taking off 20 pounds! That's fabulous!
