Remembering my goal everyday and keeping it at as most important (or very important) in my mind. I think the longer one diets, the easier it is to forget.... especially if you no longer experience health problems and are a healthy weight (but still don't look like you want).

New!
I'm doing weight watchers, and the hardest part for me is my social life. I'm 32 yrs old and living in NYC. My co-workers want to do happy hours, my boyfriend wants to go out to dinner, etc, etc.
I have found myself making excuses not to go, just so that I can control my food choices. I'm only in my second week, so I hope this gets easier, or else it is going to completely ruin my relationships! I am committed though, and I can't wait to start seeing major results so other people understand. I have lost weight before, and there is absolutely nothing better than when people start asking "how'd you do it?" |
For me it is food. I LOVE food...all food. I like to eat and keeping that in control is hard.

For me, It is seeing the number go up on the scale even when you have stayed 100% on plan. It is hard to stay on track when this happens but you just have to keep telling yourself, "I am setting myself up for progress"
