No Mo Yo-Yo
Hi. New to this site. It is awesome. I was always thin through out school. Then when I went to live on my own I blossomed to over 200 lbs. I lost that weight through Jenny Craig. I still smoked then. Then I quit smoking...25 lb gain, started smoking again to help lose weight..ya right. Quit again + 25 lbs more...yikes. I just have always tried anything and everything to lose weight. I was up to 220 lbs yet again. I have had enough of myself and have to take charge and be accountable for the decisions and actions I have made. So now I am on Ideal Protein and indeed THIS IS MY LAST DIET!!! I am 44 and I want to be healthy, slim and trim. Not worn out from carrying an extra 80 lbs.
