I was at a comfortable weight and was mostly confident up until I studied abroad in New Zealand the past Spring semester. While I was gone, I threw any sort of food control out the window and tried as many local treats as I could, and even though I maintained my active lifestyle, I managed to gain close to 15 pounds and am now BUSTING out of the majority of my clothes and struggling to keep the same confidence that I found just a few years ago.
Anyways, I'm pretty much addicted to several healthy lifestyle/fitness blogs (fitnessista, Une Vie Saine, and ronisweigh) So I know how inspiring and supportive the online community can be! I'm hoping that you guys will hang in there with me while I start the journey of losing those damn stubborn "last 15 lbs" (and maybe even 20!) again!
If anyone has any fabulous tips for losing those stubborn pounds, i would really appreciate your advice!!
