I've been viewing this board from afar for a while. I am finally joining and wanting to get involved. Hoping to eventually find a "healthy eating" buddy.
Thanks for the warm reception. I wanted to say more but I'm at work and of course as soon as I started typing someone came into my office.
I had a meeting this morning and there were chocolate doughnuts!!! I didn't eat one. Yay Me! A month ago I would have probably ate one and put another in my pocket for later. Real diets don't work for me so I'm trying to boost up my will power & just eat healthier food.
I have been trying to put the little weight thingy in my sig... still trying to figure that out. I'm about 270... I had been down to 260 and gained. UGH!
