Hello all. I am a 20something female looking for support to lose weight. I have struggled with weight since I was in 6th grade. In 2006, I weighed my heaviest at 225. Since then, I have kept my weight down to about 190, plus or minus. I would like to get myself down to the 130-140 range. I'm doing it because I want to live a healthy life and I want to look good. I'm looking forward to lots of support and information. Thank you!
