Getting fit for GOOD!
Hi everyone! My name is Mimi, I'm 23 and I'm new here. This seems like a really good support forum and I'm hoping this will help me through my newly started journey of getting in shape. For as long as I remember, I've been heavy and I think I just reached that point where I couldn't go on the way I had been anymore. I've always started diets but could never seem to finish them and I'm hoping that this isn't just a diet for me but a complete turnaround and new beginning!
I started working out and eating right a week ago and I've lost 4 pounds which is incredible and baffles me but I ain't complaining! I'm sure I won't be able to lose 4 pounds a week every week but I am hoping to stick with this for good and reach my goal of 135-140 pounds by my birthday next year. Wish me luck!!!
