My First Week
Hello...my name is Wendy and I started IP last Friday; so far so good except for a terrible headache on day two. But, I got past that and feel really good now. The only thing I am going to need some help on are the salads; want to keep them good and as unboring as possible. This is my umpteenth diet but my GYN doctor suggested I start this last December and I am just now getting around to trying it after my 5th try at Weight Watchers was unsuccessful. I am excited to see results!!!
