Hi guys. I just started Weight Watchers this week and hopefully am back on the right track. I have a long ways to go, but I have done it before a long time ago. Here's to hoping that I can get there!

I have found the best thing for me to stay on track is to break down my weight loss in mini goals instead of looking at the overall large number.
