Before I met my ex-boyfriend, I was 123lbs. I want to be that weight again. I felt comfortable and beautiful, and the main reason I didn't keep it off was his diet of fast food. In the meantime, I went all the way up to 165lbs...and am back stuck at 140lbs. Not satisfying.
So I'm in frustrationland trying to figure out how to diet in a reasonable manner that won't drive me crazy. I am here because I think I need support this time--just reading posts really helps..

Congratulations on losing 15 pounds! Bigger congrats on realizing that you need to find a way to diet that "won't drive you crazy"!!! That's what is really important.
I don't know what is crazy-inducing for you, but there are a large variety of plans being followed. Most do some sort of counting (calorie/carb/exchange). Some are low-carb or opt for a specific balance of macronutrients (carb/protein/fats). Many focus on eating healthier (e.g. whole foods/paleo/veg*).
Find an approach that works for you lifestyle and give it a test drive! Good luck!!!
