Default new looking for advice!

Hey I'm Brittany and I'm 21, mother of 2 and an army wife. I decided to weigh myself tonight and I was very upset with the results. I have gained 33 lbs since moving to Washington. And I now weigh 157. And I am 5'1.5" I can't fit into any of my clothes and I have never wanted to lose weight before. The day before my daughter was born I only weighed 150 and 2 weeks later without doing anything at all I was back down to 124. I want to get back down there but I suck at sticking to anything so Im turning here for some help!

Measurements

Under Bust: 36
Bust: 41
Waist: 34
Hips: 40.5 (Confused, is this at the widest part of the butt? if so, 42.5 then.)
Arm: 11
Thigh: 27

You have your answer, you need to stick to it. Pick a diet and exercise plan that you will follow and start, now.

Here is my two cents on how to start. For one week, write down everything that goes into your mouth. There are all types of free apps on the net to log your food and come up with your calorie intake.
With that information, find a food plan that you can stick to long term. I count calories, I have a co-worker who has had success on WW online. There are all types of diet plans on this forum you can check out.
Make small changes first, adding in more water and less pop. Make a point to move more, etc.
However, my most important piece of advice is DO NOT GIVE UP. If you have a bad day, a bad week, do not let it be a reason to give up. Shake it off and get back on track.
Best of luck to you!
