Hello Im new to this forum. i dont know how to start. Well i guess i just did. lol This seems like a great support forum. I wanted to know what is a IP program?:?:

Start from the top and work your way down :)

IP is Ideal Protein. It's a program, you can read a little more about it under Diet Central. There's an Idea Protein area.

Look around, take your time, and post wherever you're comfortable. There are a lot of open support groups.
