Smile Hello from Missouri
We all know our weight is a proublem. But after seeing pictures of my self yester day it really hit home. The face you see yourself as and what is actually out there are sometime two differnet faces. I hope that this time seeing those will motivate me more to loose the weight. I did it once about ten years ago.I know I can do it again. I hope I will be able to get the support here.

I also promise to be supportive to everyone who supports me. This is a journey best done with help. Thank you in advance.

Hi there! I too had one of those omg moments not too long ago. I went to Cabo San Lucas with my boyfriend and family and my dad took a picture of me standing on the beach in my bikini. Let's just say the picture did not reflect what I saw in the mirror that morning. I decided right then it's time to change things for good. I am going back to the same resort in Cabo next summer and I want to retake the same picture, only this time I want to be happy with what I see.
Good luck to you, I have only been on this site for a day or two but I already love the support and tips I get from it. I'm sure you will too!

Hello! I am new here also... the story of the photos is the same story I have too. I find myself always wanting to be the one who takes the photos instead of the one who's in them. Good luck on your journey!

I lost a lot of weight when I was in NJ and one of the things that really worked for me was taking a picture on the first of each month. I have a running album where I added each picture and you could see the difference from one month to the next. Unfortunately, I lost sight of that and gained a good bit of the weight back over the next 4 years. Now I have dusted off my photo album and took my first picture and am ready to repopulate my album. The pictures make a difference! Good luck on your journey!

I found a picture today and popped it in an album entitled "before". I really can't wait for the point where I can make an album called "after"!
