Hello Everyone, I am happy to be here, I happened to land on this site via searching for support on the net. I am currently weighing 196 lbs and decided to do something about it. I will be starting the ip diet as of tomorrow. I hope I am hoping to see result from this diet, as many people have said it works. Wish me luck.

Beleive or not, I went in today to pick up my food supplies and my coach weighed me, to my surprise I lost 5lbs. My usual breakfast consisted of 4 egg whites, 2 cups of mix veggies and a glass of green tea. wow seems I was doing good on my own.

Rebounding on the trompoline helps alot. 20 mins daily.

Smile Constant urination
since I started the Ip diet on Saturday, I have been going to the washroom constantly. Have anyone else have this occurance? Please let me know.
