I'm a 35 year old Swedish mom (three kids) who's trying to lose about 120 lbs... I gained a whole lot of weight 11 years ago, when I met my husband. And then three pregnancies and a sugar addiction on top of that = not good!
Now I'm eating a low carb high fat-diet; 80% of what I eat is fat... (only 12 grams of carbs/day). So far I've lost 14 lbs in 25 days; I have lots of energy and I feel great! My husband is on the same diet, he only needs to lose like 30 lbs though, but he's supporting me
Even if I enjoy eating meat and butter a lot, I do fight with the "sugar monster" inside me...I want chocolate! I'm so grateful every night for not surrendering to the monster; I'm going to lose all those punds!
