Fat and doing something about it.
Hi all,
Just wanted to say hello and that I'm new here. My name is Gill and I am 26 years old, I started out this journey at being 340 pounds and am now 303 since March, hoping to hit my forty pound mark this month. I have a bit of a support at the gym that I joined (Curves right now) and from my Nutritionist I am seeing but felt that I really needed to perhaps talk to those that know what I am going thru. If you are in the same situation as I am, PLEASE feel free to contact me. I am more than willing to share what I have gone thru so from and I am hoping to learn from others. We can't do this on our own. We need to accept help from not only ourselves, but others. I look forward to chatting, Gill |

Welcome! I too go to Curves! I love it there.. I have gone for only 3 months and I do go everyday it is open... and have seen the results! Exercising is important but getting your mind into the diet mode can be hard, I know it was for me, I just had to accept that I needed to make a complete and utter change in diet and exercise... This isn't a 5-month diet plan for me, but rather a life long change... How about you? Have you made a commitment to the new you!? BTW - Congrats on the 40 lbs! Lisa |

Increase your exercise and stick to healthy food. Within one year you will be changed person... Half person so many in this site have achieved that and i am sure one day you will havea story to tell. About your fatloss. |
