Ill start with my name is Aaron, I have been a heavier guy all my life. I am 22 so I guess I would qualify as a young blood. Here is the quick story on my weightloss so far. I used to drink 5-6 cans of coke everyday, it was my poison of choice, and I still like a can every now and then. I have lost roughly 80 pounds over the past year all natural with hard work and diet. I am working with a personal trainer at this point to overcome the plataue that I'm currently sitting on. My goal is to reach 190 by my birthday and my trainer promised me that he will get me there even quicker. I have changed my diet substantially and have really progressed. I am capable of riding 30-40 miles now non-stop and have a massive amount of stamina capared to before. I joke about being a underwear model to my friends and family but maybe ill go for it in the end. If you have any questions just ask.
