Hi all, I am also new to this forum but not new to dieting. I don't know how I let this happen to myself, but I am 52 years old, have never weighed this much in my life (even 9 months pregnant and gaining 50 lbs) and need to lose at least 60 lbs. The total number seems overwhelming and daunting. I have just joined Weight Watchers for the umpteenth time, but I think that this time I have to to stick with it - health is trumping vanity at thiis time of life. Any suggestions from members as how to not be discouraged about this big number?? Thanks so much!!
